Bali (Paradiso) – The Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua has appointed Balinese born Agus Pandetria as its Executive Chef. Chef Agus brings over 20 years of culinary experience in luxury resorts. In 2009, Mr. Pandetria held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Ayana Resort and Spa, Bali, presiding over 10 food and beverage outlets. Prior to his stint at the Ayana, The Ritz-Carlton Bali, also benefited from his culinary skills holding the position as Executive Sous Chef.
In his role as Executive Chef at the Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua, Chef Agus will oversee all culinary aspects of the property’s ranging food and beverage outlets, which include MoMo Café, MoMo 2 Go, Pool Bar andthe Beach Club as well as In-Room Dining.
